Dairy’s Sustainability MOOvement

QA Managing Editor Lisa Lupo reports on dairy industry’s monumental 2009 system-wide, voluntary commitment to improve environmental performance in "Dairy’s Sustainability MOOvement." Through a memorandum of understanding, the USDA endorsed the effort and began working with the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy in support of the industry’s goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase its financial and environmental sustainability.
