April 27 - 29, 2009: GFSI Food Safety Standards including ISO 22000, PAS 220, SQF, BRC and more: Understand the standards and processes required to enhance and keep your process in compliance. Agenda focuses on the needs and interests of the attendees, providing a sound understanding for a strong foundation in food safety and prerequisite programs.

April 29 - 30, 2009: Internal Auditor Training: The fundamentals of Auditing HACCP and Management Systems incorporating techniques and auditing to a specific standard. Case studies and standards focus on the interests and needs of our attendees.

May 1, 2009: ISO 9001:2008: ISO 9001: 2008 was released in November 2008. Changes basically deal with wording and clarification of terms. Agenda focuses on changes for current systems and initial ISO 9001: 2008 approvals.
