Copesan Announces New Director

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wisc. - Copesan announced that Andrew Klein, president, Assured Environments, New York, N.Y., was appointed to its board of directors, effective immediately.

"We're excited to have Andrew as our newest board member," said Alfie Treleven, chairman of the Copesan board of directors and president, Sprague Pest Solutions, Tacoma, Wash. "His leadership has grown Assured into a dynamic, forward-thinking pest management provider in the New York City area and we know that his vision and enthusiasm will make a great addition to our board."

Assured Environments joined Copesan as a local service provider in 2004 and became a Copesan shareholder in 2006.

Klein is a graduate of Dartmouth College and has served as president of Assured Environments since 1994, succeeding his father, Robert Klein. Copesan said Klein has been very involved in the pest management industry including serving as the current chairperson for the National Pest Management Association's Bed Bug Task Force, as well as working with local organizations.
