HOUSTON - Holder’s Pest Solutions, a Houston, Texas-based pest management service provider owned by Copesan Services, announced March 3 the sale of its San Antonio/Austin/Corpus Christi/Rio Grande Valley region to ABC Home and Commercial Services, Austin, Texas.
“Streamlining the scope of Holder’s Pest Solutions to focus on the Houston area is strategically the right move to grow our business and continue providing first-class service to our clients,” said Deni Naumann, president of Copesan Services. “ABC Home and Commercial Services owned by Bobby Jenkins has hired the current team of employees which will provide a smooth and seamless transition for clients who will have their same commercial technician servicing their locations.”
In association with this acquisition, Austin-based ABC will join the Copesan network as a Copesan service provider in this geographic region.
“We are looking forward to integrating the Holder’s team and business into our commercial focus,“ said Bobby Jenkins, President of ABC.” It is an exciting opportunity to become a key player in the national marketplace for pest management, as well, becoming part of the Copesan family.”
“All of our servicing Partners are committed to Copesan’s high-touch account management approach and quality service performance standards. We’re confident that our clients will continue to receive the best of care,” stated Naumann. “ABC’s dedication to quality and its 65 years of history in this geography will ensure both Holder’s local clients and Copesan’s national accounts are in excellent hands.”
