If an operator forgets how to enter a new recipe, a wizard function walks the operator through the step-by-step on-screen instructions. With a digital camera connected to the PrimoWeigher, the technicians can see what the operator sees in real-time, and with the customers' authorization, CombiScale technicians can operate the scale from anywhere in the world, the company said.

Managers can access real-time data remotely, see all the screens of the control panel, and see actual product flowing in the scale from the digital camera mounted above, CombiScale said. Triggers and alerts can be set up to send emails automatically to managers for a broad range of performance indicators and report delays in production.
