CMS Technology, which is developing technologies to achieve the food safety standards needed to protect the global consumer, has begun implementation of CMS D3S, a patent-pending delivery system for applying processing aids for the food industry.
“Our clients who have been early adopters of CMS D3S have experienced significant improvements in chemical usage and bacteria control while benefiting from our 24/7 remote monitoring and data access,” said CMS Technology President and CEO John Meccia.
“Our new closed-loop system enables processors to optimize their chemical usage for more efficient pathogen control,” said Francis Dautreuil, Vice President of Technical Services and the main developer of CMS D3S. “This technology has both improved food safety and creates a safer workplace for employees.”
