Church & Dwight Acquires Passport Food Safety Solutions

The parent company of Arm & Hammer enhances food safety expertise.

Church & Dwight Co., the Princeton N.J.-based parent company of Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production, has acquired Passport Food Safety Solutions of West Des Moines, Iowa. Passport Food Safety Solutions is a provider of a systems approach to help meat and poultry processors consistently address food safety standards. The acquisition became effective March 8, 2018.
