Meritech
NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – CFS Technologies, a portfolio company of Union Park Capital, announced the acquisition of Meritech Systems, a Colorado-based manufacturer of fully automated hygiene and sanitation systems.
“The addition of Meritech significantly elevates what CFS can offer the market,” said Evan Stein, partner at Union Park Capital. “Together, we bring an unmatched combination of products, solutions and services across the entire food production chain, as well as other hygiene-critical industries.”
With Meritech joining Knight Equipment, Lafferty Equipment and Lavo Solutions, former Chief Executive Officer of Meritech David Duran has been appointed as the new CEO of CFS Technologies. Duran is a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience leading high-performance teams and building industrial technology businesses, said Meritech.
“We are thrilled to welcome David and the Meritech team into the CFS family, and look forward to accelerating growth across the combined platform,” added Stein.
“This is the best possible home for Meritech, our employees, our suppliers and — most importantly — our customers,” said Duran. “By combining Meritech’s revolutionary automated hygiene systems with CFS’s broad product portfolio, we can deliver more value and better serve customers than ever before. I’m excited about the growth potential ahead and confident we are building the industry’s leading hygiene and sanitization platform.”
