CERT ID CORE HACCP's self-paced, easy-to-access online courses provide customers with an informative, affordable, timely and sensible training alternative, the firm said. The courses are ideal for HACCP team leaders, team members or anyone responsible for monitoring and verification activies required to maintain your HACCP plan, CERT ID reports.
"It matters if you are getting ready for an internal audit, a client inspection or looking to meet a requirement for GFSI certification like BRC or SQF, it can be difficult to find quality HACCP training options when and where you need them," CERT ID said. "CERT ID CORE HACCP helps students to quickly understand what they can do to help identify and control the possible food safety hazards that might impact the safety and quality of their finished products."
