Bonamar has teamed up with sports legend Bo Jackson to bring customers and fans Bo’s Signature Sideliners. For the new product line, Bo ventured into a partnership with the Florida-based seafood company, Bonamar Corporation, to bring the public a new line of appetizers and entrées for which Bonamar will formulate unique recipes to fit the needs of specific target markets. “This new line up of unique value-added products will bring excitement to the seafood category along with a strong hands-on and active support from me and the entire Bonamar team,” said VEJ Holdings Founder Vincent Edward “Bo” Jackson. This new alliance will bring great synergy to the market place.
The new product line was launched at the Boston Seafood Show and the company will be making presentations with customers in the very near future. “We are suited up and ready to talk business, and I am confident that you will agree that these products are going to be a Homerun or a Touchdown; whichever sport you prefer, but in my case I guess it could be both,” Bo said.
Bo Jackson is widely known as one of the greatest athletes of all time, but what most people do not know is his passion for food. Bo’s food fascination began as a young boy while watching his mother cook every day from the kitchen sidelines. Bo’s career as a prolific two-sport professional athlete was nothing short of remarkable, and for the past two decades he has used that same drive and determination along with his passion for food to develop a line of quality products that not only create value but incorporate innovation.
As two minority-owned and -operated enterprises that value diversity for their organizations’ success, the partnership between the companies was an opportune fit. Bonamar and Bo share a passion for food innovation, which will ultimately change the way people are eating by supplying unique quality name and brand products.
“We are extremely pleased to welcome VEJ Holdings, LLC., a great sales and marketing partner. Bo’s perseverance, focus, and ability to reach goals are great sources of inspiration to family and my entire organization,” said Bonamar President/CEO Argenis Contreras.
