THREE RIVERS, Mich. — Armstrong International, a provider of system solutions for steam, air and hot water utility applications, introduces ExpressPack, a multi-tube steam dispersion panel that accepts atmospheric source steam and discharges it into a duct or air handling unit. ExpressPack is designed with a series of unique dispersion tubes spaced to provide a shorter non-wetting distance than conventional individual tubes.
“A shorter non-wetting distance helps prevent condensation on downstream obstructions, helping simplify design and installation while optimizing performance of the atmospheric source humidifier,” said Jon Bingaman, director of Armstrong’s global humidification group.
ExpressPack disperses a dry and uniform amount of steam and is suited for a variety of applications, including food processing.
