Food safety is a priority. And food safety professionals need the most up-to-date information on topics such as food security, food packaging, and emerging foodborne pathogens.
The Michigan State University Online Food Safety (MSU OFS) program offers a Master of Science in Food Safety, 100% online. The degree program is designed to help food safety professionals develop critical thinking and organizational and leadership skills, putting them and their companies at the forefront of food safety processes and thinking. It also is intended to increase participants’ depth of knowledge in food safety and help prepare their company for any food safety challenges.
MSU OFS has been educating food safety professionals from industry, regulatory, and academia since 2002 and is designed for the mid-career/mid-management working professional.
The application deadline for Fall semester has been extended to April 30th. For more information on the degree program and admission, visit foodsafety.msu.edu.
