AP&G Adds McDonald, Dougherty

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — AP&G announced Rick McDonald was hired as VP of Professional Products Division, while John Dougherty was added as Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager.

Before joining the AP&G team McDonald spent the previous 12 years as director of Paragon Professional Products, forming strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors and pest management companies, leading to significant revenue growth for the company.
 
In his new role with AP&G, McDonald will be responsible for strategic and financial planning, product development and customer service.
 
"My goal is to lead the experienced AP&G sales team in promoting innovative integrated pest management solutions for pest management professionals,” McDonald said.

Prior to joining the AP&G team, Dougherty was the Vice President of Sales and Operations for Trademark Pest Solutions in Buford, Ga., where he led his team to substantial and consistent revenue growth of all service lines over the past six years. Prior to joining the pest management industry, John had an extensive career in the golf industry, selling equipment and apparel in several sales and sales management roles. In his new role with AP&G, Dougherty will be responsible for growing business throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and providing superior customer service that is synonymous with AP&G and the Catchmaster brand.
