The American Meat Association (AMSA) will host QA 101 June 21-22 in Gainesville, Fla.
QA 101 attendees will have the opportunity to spend time with some of the industry’s top experts in the field of quality assurance. The conference is a brand new program from AMSA written by a team of industry and university meat scientists with backgrounds in quality assurance applications.
