Manhattan, Kan.-based AIB International is hosting a webinar on the new BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8. Join the free webinar on Wednesday, September 19.
BRC's John Kukoly will join AIB's Siarl Dixon to walk participants through the changes, explain the challenges that sites face, and present practical solutions for implementing the new requirements.
BRC’s Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8 is the latest scheme ensuring global applicability and benchmarking to the Global Food Safety Initiative, encouraging the development of a food safety culture and expanding the requirements for environmental monitoring. Food safety managers are often overwhelmed with the amount of technical jargon included in an issue release. With this in mind, AIB and BRC’s John Kukoly designed the webinar to present practical suggestions for implementing Issue 8 requirements. Attendees of the upcoming webinar will have the opportunity to ask questions during the live Q&A session.
The webinar entitled “BRC Food Issue 8 – New Requirements. Practical Solutions.” will be presented on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 2 p.m. CST. Click here to register.
