Stay ahead of the field with AIB’s Food Safety and Quality Update course this November in Chicago, designed to update food industry personnel on developing concepts. Participants will also take a fresh look at traditional issues, such as sanitation and recall strategies.
Seminar attendees will have an opportunity to discuss their concerns and challenges with leading industry experts. They will gain knowledge about new subjects that are emerging in the food industry — subjects that are of interest to their customers and regulators.
This seminar emphasizes the basics and provides a pragmatic approach on how to apply the information and validate effectiveness. Self-auditing will be a primary focus, giving food plant personnel the tools and expertise needed to evaluate their own programs.
Specifically, the seminar sessions will discuss self-audits for:
- Allergens
- Food Security
- Cleaning
- HACCP
