ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — William S. Fuller, Jr., president and CEO of Fuller Supply Company, announced at Fuller's Annual Banquet that AgriLabs was the livestock distributor's choice as 'Vendor of the Year'
"In recognition of superior service and unmatched sales support." Mr. Fuller presented the award to AgriLabs Territory Manager Dana Ankerstar (photo) and stated that "In handing you this award, it must be understood that the decision to name AgriLabs as our 'Vendor of the Year' was not just mine, but is an honor voted on by all Fuller Sales and Management."
The recipient of this highly competitive distinction is determined by a vote of Fuller Supply Company's internal and external sales teams and is judged on a number of criteria, including customer service, timeliness, attitude and communication. Mr. Fuller added that "AgriLabs was our top choice because Dana and AgriLabs had a most significant impact on how well the people working at Fuller's were able to conduct our business and meet the needs of our customers on a day-to-day basis."
Cited as Fuller's 'Rep of the Year' three times, Ankerstar remarked that, "I accept this for AgriLabs and for our outstanding Customer Service, Marketing and Technical Services teams and the experience, expertise and dedication that enhances AgriLabs' ability to deliver on our commitment of providing relevant and technically-driven products for the folks at Fuller Supply."
