Hoffman leverages her science background and prior experience in cheese production in her role as a technical member of the Lab Department. As a former Nelson-Jameson customer herself, she fully understands the customer side of the business and loves partnering with food and beverage producers to help them succeed. Hoffman was drawn to Nelson-Jameson’s culture of integrity and carries that value into her work each day.
Hoffman is passionate about the dairy industry and has degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in animal science and dairy nutrition. When not at work, she enjoys traveling the world with family and friends.
