St. Cyr to Present Keynote at Food Safety/Pest Management Seminar

AIB Head of Food Safety Education Al St. Cyr will be a keynote speaker at RK Environmental’s Food Safety and Pest Management seminar October 2-3, 2013, at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, N.J. St. Cyr will speak on the current state of third-party food safety audits, the Global Food Safety Initiative and new AIB standards at the conference, which has been broadened this year to encompass both the food safety and pest management industries.

The second keynote speaker, rodent expert Bobby Corrigan, will discuss advanced techniques for rodent management in a food environment. Other speakers include Lowenstein Sandler attorney Robert Towey on the legal aspect of food safety and entomologist Jeff Tucker, with insights on flies within the food environment. Additional subject matter experts will cover recalls, the Food Safety Modernization Act, and other subjects relevant to those working in the food safety and pest management industries.
