AIB International Launches New Online Job Service
AIB International recently announced the launch of its interactive job board, the AIB International Career Center (www.aibonline.org/careercenter). With its focus on food industry companies and professionals, the AIB International Career Center offers its members and the food industry at large an easy-to-use and highly targeted resource for online employment connections.
"We’re very excited about the AIB International Career Center because we know how critical it is for employers in the food industry to attract first-rate talent with an efficient expenditure of time and resources," said Shirley Hemme, human resources administrator for AIB. "And it’s important for us to help enable smooth career transitions for those seeking industry jobs."
Members and non-members can use the AIB International Career Center to reach qualified candidates. Employers can post jobs online, search for qualified candidates based on specific job criteria, and create an online resume agent to email qualified candidates daily. They also benefit from online reporting that provides job activity statistics.
For job seekers, AIB International’s Career Center is a free service that provides access to employers and jobs in the food industry. In addition to posting their resumes, job seekers can browse and view available jobs based on their criteria and save those jobs for later review if they choose. Job seekers also can create a search agent to provide email notification of jobs that match their criteria.
For additional information about the online job service or to answer any questions, call AIB Human Resources at 800/633-5137 or 785/537-4750.
