TACOMA, Wash. — Sprague Pest Solutions announced that Ross Treleven has been promoted to Vice President, Operations. In his new role, reporting directly to Sprague’s CEO, Alfred Treleven, Ross Treleven will work alongside Sprague’s COO, Jeff Miller and oversee the entirety of Sprague’s field operations.

Family owned and operated for nearly a century, Sprague’s current executive leadership team is the third generation of Trelevens to steward the organization. As Alfred and his brother Larry Treleven, Executive Vice President, look to transition the company to the fourth generation of family leadership, Ross’s promotion marks a key milestone in the transfer.

“Ross has shown a dedication to Sprague’s success and acumen for leadership that I know will lead our team to continued success in the field,” said Alfred. “He is dedicated to progressing Sprague’s innovation and expansion with commitment to our core vision of passionately delivering uncompromising service.”

Ross’s time at Sprague includes over 20 years of increasing leadership responsibility, beginning with work in the field as a Technician, up to his most recent role as General Manager. As General Manager, Ross had responsibility for Sprague’s 12 branches across the entire West Coast, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Operations.

During his tenure in Regional Management and then the General Manager role, Sprague saw a three-fold increase in revenue, and expanded their footprint to four additional states, bringing over a 60% increase to Sprague’s geographic service area.

“I look forward to continuing to work with our teams in the field and my leadership partners at our corporate office to compound the success Sprague has seen over the past 93 years,” Ross shared. “Our team’s success impacts the health and safety of millions of people. I look forward to helping lead Sprague in this important work.”

Ross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
