Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Announces Sale of Distribution Business

The sale to Christ Panos Foods Corp. supports both companies' strategic growth initiatives, the companies said.

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill. — Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods announced that it sold its distribution business for an undisclosed amount to Christ Panos Foods, a family-owned broadline foodservice distributor located in Itasca, Ill.
