Recent data provided to International Dairy Foods Association show hard ice cream production for the first five months of 2021 running ahead of last year when hard ice cream production set a five-year high with more than 1 billion gallons produced.

The rodent protection technology will be on display at the International Association for Food Protection's annual meeting.

The draft guidance explains how the agency plans to adjust its regulatory oversight activities for foods subject to FDA regulatory requirements when the foods are produced in or imported from countries covered by a Systems Recognition Arrangement.
