Frederick, Md.-based A2LA was honored at an awards reception on July 26 as one of the Frederick County Best Places to Work. The campaign recognizes innovative, creative and forward-thinking employers located in Frederick County, Md. A2LA was recognized based on the outstanding benefits and programs it provides for employees. “We are continuously seeking feedback from staff on how we can offer the best work-life balance through unique benefits that provide value to our employees,” said, A2LA Senior Director of HR Diana Elias.
In 2018, A2LA introduced a tuition assistance program, which was added to its extensive list of employee benefits. Additional benefits include modern workspaces with standing desks, a 403b contribution, flexible and compressed work schedules, frequently sponsored meals, including bagel Friday once a month, and a variety of wellness initiatives.
