TACOMA, Wash. — To help food processing professionals improve food safety and navigate the maze of ever evolving regulatory requirements, all the while maintaining effective pest management programs, Sprague Pest Solutions is hosting a pair of education conferences.

Sprague’s Innovation in Pest Management Conference will be held Nov. 14-15, 2017 at the Hilton Hotel in Vancouver, Wash.. A second event will be held Nov. 16, 2017 at the Marriott University Park in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The theme for the conference, "Smarter Ideas in Brand Management," reflects the changing expectations for the food industry. Increased complexity in the food supply chain, tougher demands from consumers and tightened expectations from buyers are compelling food manufacturers to find new ways to defend their products, buildings and customers from pest-related risk. Attendees can expect to learn smarter solutions and gain insights into the future of pest management and pest prevention.
